I-PCOS Nokuncelisa Ibele: Amathiphu Okuthuthukisa Ukunikezwa Kobisi Lwebebele
I-Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) yisimo esivamile samahomoni esithinta abesifazane abaningi ngesikhathi sokuphila kwabo sokuzala. Abesifazane abane-PCOS ngokuvamile baba nokungabekezeleli kahle i-insulin, kanti ukuqongelela kwe-insulin kubhekwa njengimbangela eyinhloko yokuthuthuka kwe-PCOS [1].

Amahomoni amabili abalula alawula kakhulu ukukhiqizwa nokukhishwa kobisi lwebele yi-prolactin ne-oxytocin. I-prolactin ivuselela ukukhiqizwa kobisi ezindlaleni zobisi, kanti i-oxytocin isiza ekukhishweni kobisi.
Abesifazane abane-PCOS bavame ukuba nokumelana ne-insulin okuholela emazingeni aphezulu e-insulin nama-androgen.
