Incazelo yeTrimester: Ukuqonda Izigaba Zokukhulelwa
Ukukhulelwa kungenye yezinto ezijulile neziguqula kakhulu empilweni yomuntu. Izikhathi zokukhulelwa zihlukaniswa zibe yizigaba ezintathu ezihlukene ezibizwa ngama-trimester ukuze kusizwe ekulandeleleni ukuthuthuka kombungu nasekulawuleni impilo kamama. Ukuqonda incazelo ye-trimester nokuthi isigaba ngasinye sihlanganani nakho kungaletha ukucaca, ukunethezeka kwengqondo nokulungela kangcono uhambo oluzayo. Lo mhlahlandlela uchaza i-trimester ngayinye, ukubaluleka kwayo, nokuthi yini ongayilindela kulawa mazinga abalulekile okukhulelwa.
Incazelo Ye-Trimester Ekukhulelweni
I-trimester ibhekisela kolunye lwezigaba ezintathu ezicishe zilingane ngobude lapho ukukhulelwa kuhlukaniswa khona. Njengoba ukukhulelwa okupheleleyo kuvamise ukuhlala cishe amasonto angama-40 (cishe izinsuku eziyi-280) kusukela ngosuku lokuqala lwenyanga yokugcina yokuya esikhathini (LMP), i-trimester ngayinye imayelana nezinyanga ezintathu noma cishe amasonto ayi-13 ubude bayo. Ama-Trimester Amathathu Okukhulelwa
1. I-Trimester Yokuqala: Amasonto 1-13
I-trimester yokuqala yisikhathi esibucayi sokuthuthuka kokuqala, lapho kubekwa khona izisekelo zazo zonke izitho nezinhlelo ezinkulu zomzimba.[1] Nakuba izimpawu zangaphandle zokukhulelwa zingase zingabonakali kakhulu, izinguquko ezinkulu zenzeka ngaphakathi emzimbeni.
Izinto Ezibalulekile Ezithuthuka Ku-Trimester Yokuqala:
- Amasonto 1-4: Ngemva kokuvundiswa, kwakheka i-zygote bese ihamba yehla ethubeni le-fallopian ukuze izinzise esibelethweni. I-placenta iqala ukuthuthuka.
- Amasonto 5-8: Inhliziyo yombungu iqala ukushaya, futhi izitho ezinkulu ezifana nobuchopho, umgogodla namaphaphu ziqala ukwakheka. Kuvela iziqu ezincane ezizokhula zibe izingalo nemilenze.
- Amasonto 9-13: Umbungu uba yi-i-fetus yamaviki ayi-10, futhi izinhlelo ezibalulekile sezithuthukile. Izimpawu zobuso, iminwe nezinzwane zicaca kakhulu, futhi usana luqala ukwenza ukunyakaza okuncane.

- Ukugula kwasekuseni (isicanucanu nokuhlanza)
- Ukukhathala
- Ukubuhlungu kwamabele
- Ukuchama kaningi
- Ukuguquguquka kwemizwa ngenxa yezinguquko zamahomoni
Izinto Okumele Uzicabange Ngempilo:
- Hlela ukubhuka isikhathi sakho sokuqala sokuhlolwa kokukhulelwa.
- Qala ukuthatha amavithamini okukhulelwa anefolic acid ukuze wehlise ingozi yokukhubazeka kwe-neural tube.
- Gwema izinto eziyingozi ezifana notshwala, ugwayi, neminye imithi ethile.
2. I-Trimester Yesibili: Amaviki angu-14-26
Evame ukubizwa ngokuthi “isikhathi segolide” sokukhulelwa, i-trimester yesibili yisikhathi lapho abesifazane abaningi beqala ukuzizwa bekahle, isicanucanu sasekuseni nokukhathala kwehla. Kulesi sigaba ukukhulelwa nakho sekuqala ukubonakala ngokusobala.
Izinguquko Ezibalulekile Eku-Trimester Yesibili:
- Amaviki angu-14-18: Uhlaka lwamathambo osana luqala ukuba lukhuni lube amathambo, kanti nezitho zokuzala ziyakhula. Usana luyakwazi ukwenza ukunyakaza kokuncela futhi luqale ukuzwa imisindo.[2]
- Amaviki angu-19-22: Umama angase aqale ukuzwa ukunyakaza kosana (quickening). Usana sikhulisa izinwele ezincane (lanugo) nokuvikelwa okugcotshwayo okubizwa nge-vernix.
- Amaviki angu-23-26: Imiphimbo yokuphefumula yosana iyaqhubeka nokuthuthuka, futhi usana seluyakwazi ukuvula nokuvala amehlo. Luphinde luqale ukuthuthukisa umjikelezo wokulala nokuvuka.
Izimpawu Ezivamile Kumama:
- Amazinga amandla anyukayo
- Isisu sokukhulelwa esibonakalayo
- Ukhonjwa emhlane nobuhlungu bentambo ezungezayo (round ligament pain)
- Ukungavuvukali okungenzeka ezinyaweni nasezandleni
- Ukumnyama kwesikhumba ebusweni (melasma)
Izinto Okumele Uzicabange Ngempilo:
- I-Anatomy Scan: Ngokuvamile yenzeka cishe ngeviki lama-20, le ultrasound ihlola ukuthuthuka kwesakhiwo somzimba futhi ingaveza ubulili bosana.
- Qapha isifo sikashukela sokukhulelwa ngokuhlolwa kwe-glucose.
- Zivocavoce njalo, ngesilinganiso, ngemvume kadokotela noma umhlinzeki wakho wezempilo.
3. I-Trimester Yesithathu: Amaviki angu-27-40
Isigaba sokugcina sokukhulelwa yisikhathi sokukhula okusheshayo nokulungiselela ukuzalwa. Izitho zomzimba wosana zivuthwa, umzimba kamama ulungiselela ukubeletha. Lesi sigaba sivame ukuba nzima emzimbeni kwabesifazane abakhulelwe.
Izinguquko Ezibalulekile Eku-Ttrimester Yesithathu:
- Amaviki angu-27-30: Ubuchopho nemiphimbo yokuphefumula yosana kuyaqhubeka nokuthuthuka, bese luqala ukuba namafutha amaningi ngaphansi kwesikhumba. Ukunyakaza kuba namandla futhi kuzwakale kakhulu.
- Amaviki angu-31-35: Usana luzilolonga ukunyakaza kokuphefumula, namathambo alo asezakhele ngokuphelele (yize esathambile). Usana luphendukela endaweni yokuthi ikhanda libheke ezansi ukulungiselela ukuzalwa.
- Amaviki angu-36-40: Usana selufinyelela esigabeni sokuqeda ukukhula (full term), nemiphimbo yokuphefumula seyivuthiwe ngokuphelele. Ukuzuza isisindo kuyancipha njengoba usana luzilungiselela impilo ngaphandle kwesisu.
Izimpawu Ezivamile Kumama:
- Ukuphefumula kuncipha ngenxa yokwanda kwesibeletho
- Ukubamba kwesisu kwe-Braxton Hicks (ama-contraction okuziqeqesha)
- Ukushisa esifubeni wuphawu lokukhulelwa nokungagayeki kahle kokudla
- Ingcindezi nobuhlungu endaweni ye-pelvis
- Ubunzima bokulala
Izinto Okumele Uzicabange Ngempilo:
- Hamba njalo kakhulu ekuvakasheni kokunakekelwa ngaphambi kokubeletha ukuze kuqashwe indawo nengqikithi yesimo sempilo yengane.
- Dala uhlelo lokubeletha bese uluxoxa nomhlinzeki wakho wezempilo.
- Pakisha ibhegi laseSibhedlela elinezinto ezibalulekile zokubeletha nokululama ngemva kokuzala.
Kungani Ukuqonda Incazelo Ye-Trimesta Kubalulekile
Incazelo ye-trimesta isiza ukwenza kube lula ukuqonda uhambo olunzima lokukhulelwa ngokuluhlukanisa izigaba ezilawulekayo. I-trimesta ngayinye inezinselelo zayo, amamayela ayo, nemihlahlandlela yezokwelashwa. Lesi sakhiwo sivumela abahlinzeki bezempilo ukuthi:
- Ukunikeza ukuhlolwa nokuskena ngesikhathi esifanele.
- Ukulandelela kahle ukukhula kwengane eseZibelethweni nempilo kamama.
- Ukubhekana nezingqinamba ezingase zivele ngokuya ngobungozi obuthile be-trimesta ngayinye.
Kubazali abasazoba yibo, ukwazi incazelo ye-trimesta kunganciphisa ukukhathazeka ngokubeka okulindelekile okucacile esigabeni ngasinye sokukhulelwa.[3] Kukusiza ulungiselele ngokomzwelo, ngokomzimba, nangokwezinto ozidingayo izinguquko ezizayo.
Ukubaluleka Kokunakekelwa Kwangaphambi Kokubeletha Kuwo Wonke Ama-Trimesta
Ukunakekelwa okuvamile ngaphambi kokubeletha kuqinisekisa ukuthi kokubili ingane kanye nomama bahlala benempilo phakathi nesikhathi sokukhulelwa. I-trimesta ngayinye inemihlolokhono nemisebenzi ethile eklanyelwe ukubona izinkinga ezingase zivele kusenesikhathi, ukunikeza ukwesekwa, nokuqinisekisa ukubeletha okuphephile. Ezinye izinto ezibalulekile zokunakekelwa ngaphambi kokubeletha zifaka phakathi:
- I-Trimesta Yokuqala: Ukuqinisekisa ukukhulelwa, ama-ultrasound okuqala okubeka usuku, kanye nokuhlolwa kokuqala.
- I-Trimesta Yesibili: Ukuhlolwa kwe-anatomy, ukuhlolwa kokubekezelela ushukela egazini, nokuhlola ukukhula kwengane eseZibelethweni uma kukhona ukungajwayelekile.
- I-Trimesta Yesithathu: Ukuqapha indawo ingane eseZibelethweni ekuyo, ukuhlola umsebenzi wokubeletha ngaphambi kwesikhathi, nokuxoxa ngezinketho zokubeletha nokuzala.

I-trimesta ngayinye iletha okuhlangenwe nakho okusha, izinselelo, nenjabulo njengoba ulungiselela ukwamukela ingane yakho emhlabeni.
