Ingabe ubuhlungu bomzimba buyuphawu lokukhulelwa?: Ukuqonda izimpawu zokuqala zokukhulelwa
Ukuqala kokukhulelwa kuletha izinguquko ezahlukene njengoba umzimba ulungiselela ukuthuthukiswa kwempilo entsha. Ngenkathi izimpawu ezifana nokugabha kwasekuseni (morning sickness), ukukhathala, nobubele/ubuhlungu kwamabele kuvame ukuxoxwa ngazo, ubuhlungu bomzimba kuvame ukunganakwa njengesibonakaliso esingaba khona sokukhulelwa. - Imassage: Imassage yangaphambi kokubeletha evela kongoti abaqeqeshwe kahle inganikeza ukukhululeka ekucindezelekeni nasekubuhlunguni.
- Ukuzivocavoca: Imisebenzi enomthelela ophansi efana nokuhamba noma ukubhukuda ingasiza ukunciphisa ukuqinana kwemisipha.
