Ovulation bundle

Not pregs yet but has visibly improved health
Have been taking for around 3/4 months and after a few weeks taking, my lh levels are the highest they’ve ever been (I’ve been measuring for over a year) and they’ve been higher every month.
My period pain isn’t as severe or heavy too. I had ridges from a deficiency on my nails as well, and they have gone too. Whilst I haven’t got pregnant yet, it’s only been a few months so I’m still going to take them
