How long does shipping take?
Standard Deliveries will take 2-5 business days for delivery once the order has been processed. Orders usually arrive within 3 days. All orders ship from our facilities within the United States.
How can I track my order?

When do you ship orders?
Orders are processed and shipped Monday - Friday. Orders before 3pm EST are shipped same day.
My order says delivered but it is not!
Sometimes the postal service may prematurely scan your package as delivered before actually delivering it to your address.
Please allow 24-48 hours after your package has been indicated as delivered before contacting us.
Who do I contact about missing items or wrong products?
Although incorrect orders are very rare, sometimes things go wrong. If you have any issues with your order please email helpdesk@conceiveplus.com and we will make it right for you!
