How to use
Men's Fertility Support:
Take two (2) capsules once a day or one (1) capsule twice a day with food and an 8 ounce glass of water. To allow your body to adjust take only 1 capsule for one to two weeks. In case of symptoms of nausea, stomach upsets or changes in urine color, take only one capsule.
