Suggested use / Directions
Men's Fertility Support:As a dietary supplement, take two (2) capsules daily with a glass of water. May be taken with or without food. Start taking 90 days before planned pregnancy and continue taking daily as required or as advised by your healthcare professional.

How to use Fertility Lubricant: Remove safety seal under cap before first use. Apply a generous amount to the vagina or penis and reapply as often as required to maintain sufficient lubrication. May be used with Conceive Plus Pre-filled Applicators for intra-vaginal application.

    Have used another product for a while but made no difference. Saw the reviews on these so my other half is giving these a go now. I am hoping for the best. For someone who hates the taste of tablets he seems to have no issue with the blue ones. He said they taste sweet haha
